Meet Laura
Laura Dusha Nelson is the proud, caring and compassionate owner of The Journey Before Us, LLC. Laura’s passions of hospitality, helping and caring for and serving others is what prompted her to begin The Journey Before Us as both an Integrative Health & Wellness Coach, and a Death Literacy Specialist/End-of-Life Doula for humans and pets.
Laura has spent the last 11 years serving as the Executive Director of a Wholistic Wellness Center. In her role she worked with practitioners of various modalities serving a small community, and an ever-expanding service area. Prior to her work at the wellness center, she spent 20 years in the Hospitality Industry in Vermont where her greatest joy was supporting her fellow employees and managers across all departments; they were always like family.
